Ingredients
3.215/3.630 lbs bullfoot
7-8 large pieces of garlic (1/3 cup)
1/3 cup bell pepper each (yellow, red, orange)
One medium size onion
2 medium limes (for cleaning bullfoot)
3-4 cups pumpkin
2 large potatoes
2 large Maggi chicken flavored Bouillon
1 pack pumpkin soup mix
1 pack chicken soup mix
A pinch of Anise seeds (optional)
2 whole cloves
Tps. black pepper
Instructions
1. Wash and clean bullfoot with vinegar and lime. Then rinse bullfoot off with clean water.
2. Add bullfoot to pot, pour Pre-boil water over meat. Pre-Boil meat twice for 20 minutes. Then drain water off bullfoot and rinse.
3. Add bullfoot to pot and add back to stove. Add more pre-boiled water and ingredients: (garlic and bouillons).
4. Add cover and pressurize bullfoot for 30-40min. After cook time, depressurize and remove cover. Check for tenderness and add remaining ingredients (potatoes, plantain, pumpkin). Loosely replace cover and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
