Chicken, Beef, Sausage, and Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

1 lb Chicken Thighs finely chopped

1 lb Sausage finely chopped

1.5 lb Beef finely chopped

2 cups Rice

½ cup Onion

½ cup Bell pepper

¼ cup green onion

½ cup Celery

¼ cup garlic

1/3 cup grated carrot

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

2 Tbsp. butter

3 eggs

½ Tbsp. onion powder

½ Tbsp. garlic powder

Oil 

Sazon

Soy

Chicken              Stew beef             Mixed vegetable            Sausage

2 Tbsp soy         2 Tbsp soy           2 Tbsp. soy                    1 pack Sazon

2 pack Sazon     2 pack Sazon      2 pack Sazon


Instructions 

COOK TIME: Do not over cook protein

Chicken – 7 minutes.

Stew beef – 8 minutes.

Beef Summer Sausage – 2 minutes

You can choose protein of choice.

** keep in mind you do not want to overcook the meat. The finished process will turnout dry. The meat will continue to cook as the ingredients are mixed.

Rice: follow cooking directions on rice packaging. Cook the rice the day before for the best results. Place rice in refrigerator overnight. Remove rice from refrigerator 20 minutes before the cooking process begins.

Stew beef: in skillet or wok, add oil to cover the bottom. Once oil is heated, add stew beef, soy sauce and Sazon, and let cook for 6 – 8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside for later.

Chicken: Add oil to cover bottom of work. Once oil is heated, add chicken, soy sauce, and Sazon, and let cook for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside for later.

Sausage: Add oil to cover bottom of wok. Once oil is heated, add sausage, Sazon, and let cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside for later.

Vegetables and Garlic: Add oil to cover bottom of wok. Once oil is heated, add vegetables, soy sauce, and Sazon. Cook vegetables until soft. Remove from heat and set aside for later.

Sauté: sauté the remaining ingredients 2 minutes each at a time. Stir in celery and onion for 2 minutes, then add garlic and onion powered, before finally adding the bell pepper.

Fried rice mixture: Add grated carrot and green onions at the very end of the fried rice mixture. In no order, start adding rice and all cooked additional ingredients one at a time until all ingredients are mixed.
